Originally from Dundalk, County Louth, I now call Sonoma County, California, home. Along the way, life and work have taken me from Ireland to Australia and the United States.
My career has crossed technology, leadership, and professional development. I've spent more than 25 years helping people and organizations navigate complex challenges — and learned that listening, empathy and trust matter in every transition.
Outside work, I'm a certified professional coach and volunteer my time supporting career development through Upwardly Global and Pay Forward Coaching. I'm especially passionate about helping immigrant and internationally trained professionals find their footing in the United States. I'm also an enthusiastic traveler and someone who enjoys a great thriller or crime drama.
